Consultation

We know that there are so many different trainers out there, all offering and promoting different training options and packages. So what is right for your dog? How do you know we are the right trainers for you? How do we know you are the right client for us? We offer consultations at our facility or virtually to help sort this all out!

Facility location: 43 Woody Hill Rd, Hope Valley RI. This is not a drop in, consults must be scheduled in advance.

Reasons to sign up for a consultation:

  • You are unsure which training option would be best for your dog.

  • You would like to meet us before committing to training.

  • You would like an evaluation of your dog.

  • You want to see where your dog is going to be staying.

*We also may require a consultation based on the results of the training application so we can determine if you and your dog are the right fit and which program would be best.

What does a consultation look like

All consultations take place at our facility and are booked in 30-45min time slots. We will be able to meet you and your dog in person to cover more questions and details we both may have for each other.

We expect owners to have already read over our whole website and have already sent over an application for their dog ahead of time. This will save a lot of time as the owners will already be familiar with our services and frequently asked questions, and we will already have an understanding of the issues owners are experiencing with their dogs.

Cost is $60 (plus tax). This balance is owed in advance when signing up.

It is the client’s responsibility to be on time for their session. If you are late to the appointment, the time missed will not be made up. Being 10 minutes late or more to your appointment is considered a forfeiture of the entire session.

Consults must be cancelled by 24hrs prior to day and time of the scheduled session or payment will not be refunded.

Consults can not go over time as we have dogs in our care here as well as other client sessions we need to devote our time to. It is not fair to the dogs in our care or to other clients if we are running late due to sessions going over time. Clients are always welcome to email us with as many other questions they may come up with or with any other information they would like to share.
